1998 blazer with remote start, parked for winter with no battery.

When i try to program the FOB nothing happens after i hold down the lock/unlock.

i have read all the threads about this subject and no on ever answers what to do when the procedure does not work.


I can take it to my after market dealer but i wish i could do it my self.

I have opened many up and silicone adshesived a piece of tin foil to the underside of the button
