I do not believe that cover comes off. If you cannot clean it through the hole where the bulb goes in, then you will need to try to find a new one.

If these are plastic type the factory never made them to take apart. Are you sure that the haze is on the inside??? If so then you might be able to use a hairdryer to loosen the adhesive and remove the lens but remember this is not a factory authorized repiar... They would rather have you buy new.... If the hazing is on the outside then you can buff the lens with a plastic polish or other non abrasive cleaner...I think there is a thread here on cleaning up headlight lenses, that process should work just as well since the lenses are probably the same material....

im pretty sure that its on the inside because the other day i just got a hose and put it where the bulb goes and put it full blast and it took a bit of it off but i need to just scrub it and it will come off
about the hair dryer idea, how could u glue it back together, that sounds like a good idea,
and if worse comes to worse how much is a whole new one if anyone knows

Maybe you could try to find a flexible baby bottle brush or stiff pipe cleaner with enough length to get to the inside of the lense. if not then try the following:
They cost more than a tube of silicon... I have read on another forum for Grand-Ams that taillight lenses can be put into the oven on low temps for a while and that will soften up the type of glue used to put the lenses on....I think that using a hair dryer with the concentrator tip installed on high could do the same with outthe risk of damage to the rest of the light...Also you can take the fogs out individually by removing the grille and then remove the fog/turn signal unit. The fog lamp mounts will then be accessible from the rear of the turn signal assembly.. it will be obvious as soon as you get the grille off...
The grille removes by prying on the center portion in front of the radiator, then you can feel a couple of what i use as hand holds in the center bar that goes across the center of the grille on each side of the "Chevy Emblem" and pull out then you go to the corners and pull out by the turn signals and you should have the grille trying to fall on the ground. Be careful not to let it get to far since wiring is still attached at this point...
