no because when you bolt the wheel on it tightens up the rotor as well. the clips are just there from the fatory so the rotor dont fall off on the line before the wheels are bolted on.

Cool thought so just wasnt sure....going to get tires balanced and looked at tomorrow...hopefully fix vibration and heating problem

Brake pads were in good shape considering how hot the rims were so not sure if brakes were engaging just assumed because of the heat
