Fuel Filter removal 2000 Blazer

On the side of the filter closest to the front of the blazer do you have to use a disconnect tool to get that line off or is there somthing im just forgetting to do?

Got the lines loose how in the hell do you get that bracket off the filter

The white plastic clip? You just push in on the tabs and it slides back towards the filter.

You have to unbolt it, lubricate the heck out of it. They dont like to slide out too easy.

I just did mine the other day. I beat the crap out of the old filter to get it out. Said screw it, and took my ahck saw and made a relieve cut int eh bracket. New one slide in much easier and is still held in place.
