Default Fuel injectors harness stuck open

Need help bad, first of my 2000 Chevy blazer Is a 4wd 4.3 4door. It has a misfire on po302 and po452 evap code. When testing injector harness while cranking the motor, test light don’t blink on any injector. Just stays lit. Need help trying to figure out why its not pulsing like it’s supposed to. Any help is great appreciated in advance.

With key on, 12v constant is supplied to injectors. Injectors are then activated by the PCM grounding each circuit.

does that help? Are you using a noid light or a test light? If using a test light, what is opposing end connected to - power or ground?

Light is not pulsing because you are probing the continuous 12v power to the injectors. Please get a noid light that will fit your injector harness plug between the two terminals for each injector.
