Default Fuel line leak

I have a 2001 Blazer 6 cyl. 4.3 and I replaced the injectors on Saturday. It was misfiring on cyl # 3 and I decided to install the complete updated injector system. This cured the misfiring but, I now have a leak at the metal fuel line connector at the firewall. When I reinstalled this for the install, I tightened it down tightly. I am wondering if in the removal the o-rings fell out. At idle I get a little hesitation like it wants to stall. Is this from the computer sensing this leak. I am going to the GM dealership near me to get them and install tomorrow. Does this symptom sound right?

Installed new o-rings and leak is gone. Engine purrs like a kitten. Now I have to get my driver side window to work.
