The pressure line is 3/8" and the return is 5/16". You can use compression fittings and steel brake line to repair it. Very inexpensive way to repair it. Compression fittings are rated at 170psi, maximum fuel pressure is 108psi.

Buy Dorman - OE Solutions Steel Fuel Line Assortment 1 Each: 5/16 and 3/8 Inch x 12 Inch Double Bead Lines 800-159 at Advance Auto Parts_____
Cut the tube right next to one of the beads, bend the tube to fit and stick a compression fitting on.
