you shouldnt loose more than 10 psi in 10 seconds after the fuel pump shuts off. and if it does drop then stabilizes (lets say 20 psi) and stays there for 10 minutes or longer thats ok because the fuel pressure has a predertimined psi that it closes and seals. if it drops to zero within a few minutes i would say you have a leak somewhere
