Hey everybody,I'm back with the same problem replaced the pump last night and everything was ok. this morning it started no problem took it for a spin about 5-10 min into it started running rough then my brakes got really hard and didnt respond then they got better pulled into driveway let it idleand itsounded like a harley idiling so now it wont start again... i have no clue HELP...... please

 

ok... this is strange to me when i tryto start with relay plugged in nothing but when i pull the relay out it almost starts which is weird since the pump is not running when pulled out. right?
