Fuel Pump or Ignition Switch
Have an issue that I am trying to resolve- my wife was driving her 97 Blazer the other day, and she called me, and let me know that she was driving in a parking lot, and it stalled out, and would not restart.
When I got there, I turned on the ignition, and noticed the fuel pump was not coming on. I flicked the ignition switch back and forth a few times, and finally, the fuel pump did kick on, and the thing started. I drove it home without incident.
After shutting it off, and trying to restart, the same thing happened. Flick the ignition switch back and forth a few times, and finally the pump would kick on.
Does this sound like an fuel pump going bad, or an ignition switch that is going bad?
The only reason I thought that maybe it was a bad ignition switch, was because when I replaced the battery last month, when I hooked the positive lead up, the starter began cranking and the vehicle started, with no key in it!
Or, could this be a combination of both.
Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks for the input. Is there a particular brand that I should go with? I know when I was using the search function trying to figure this out, alot of people swear by AC Delco. I looked at a couple website, and the ACD1498C appears to be the one I need. Could anybody confirm this?
Here is a picture they have of the parts:
