Default fuse #8

Can anyone tell me what all is in the circuit that fuse #8 limits? Every once in a while when I accelerate from a stop fuse #8 blows and I get a check engine light....so what all is on fuse #8 that would be pulling too much current???

I assume you're reffering to the inside fuse panel. (At the drivers door).

Courtesy Lamp (LH/RH) Console, Driver Information Display Module, Inadvertant Power Relay & Cargo Lamp.
But then, my truck is right hand drive & ex Japan. May still be the same.

Oh! I've just seen you have a '96 truck. Probably not the same.
