No I just use the one at advanced auto. This problem only started after I put the regulator in.Im thinking it has something to do with that.I guess I need to check fuel pressure first and then go from there.

Sure will post back when I get home I am out of town this weekend. So I have to confess that I did not torque the plenum bolts to proper specs because my inch pounds torque wrench isnt working. Is that a no no?Maybe a vacuum leak there?

There is a pattern you are supposed to follow. It's possible the plenum could be twisted causing a vac leak but that still doesn't explain the tsp low voltage CEL. I would start with checking for a vac leak, fuel pressure and the cam shaft retard.

More problems now.I cant even get the truck to start.I checked the fuel pressure like this:key on then back to off.57lbs at first then after ten minutes it is at 40lbs.I had my son crank it over and while he was cranking it was bouncing around 60.I dont think it has anything to do with crankshaft retard because I didnt even mess with it.How do you check that anyways.please help.

Alright, got the engine to start but still shuttering like crazy. Can you confirm this is the right regulator that I ordered for my 2000 4x4 blazer.Delphi part#FP10075-11B1 from rockauto.Just want to make sure I installed the right one.

Might be on to something now.Got the truck started and pulled the #5 wire from the cap and the truck shuttered worse.Put #5 back on and pulled #3.No change.Pulled #1 no change.Pulled #2.Got worse.Pulled #4.No change.Pulled #6 got worse. Then I sprayed water on the exhaust manifold and the only ones that sizzled were #5,2,&6.The dist is putting out spark to all of the wires. So either the poppet nozzles are not giving #3,1,4 gas or the wires or plugs are not giving spark.I'm thinking its the nozzles since I was in there messing with those.Might have to do the mfi spider conversion.Does this theory make any sense.

57 is too low and 40 is very excessive leakdown. I would pull the plenum again and make sure its not leaking or look down the throttle body and look for the signs of leaking. Since it got worse after the replacement I think that's where your problem is.

Should I pull the plenum then pull the nozzles to see if they are leaking also? How can I check to see if the injectors are delivering fuel?Is there anyway to check that?

You can open the plenum and reconnect the fuel lines and turn the key on to prime the pump and watch for leaks. Be very careful if you pull the poppets, they are very brittle and break very easily. Just don't try to start it with the plenum open.
