If you want to compare calipers do it cold. Mount the old one, pump everything up with the MC mounted properly, release the hydraulic pressure at the caliper and then see how much it grabs and how much noise it makes. The new pads complicate this somewhat because they are not yet seated 100% level and smooth like the old ones.
I will reiterate, the best approach is to partition the brake circuit into sections, test each area and then go further when you find a fault. Do a targeted repair and then verify. Stabbing at it and swapping parts can introduce new problems where there were no problems because of inferior non AC Delco parts or install issues and/or you might waste time and money. You have a verified problem, get that fixed and you are becoming a first rate auto mechanic.

Ive had to take a short reprieve and go out of town briefly but I will get back at it tonight. But to answer your question yes if I pump the brakes when the engine is at idle it does mess with my idle rpms

We know we have a problem at the firewall and now we know we probably have a vacuum problem during braking so the boost may be involved. You can start by watching this:
You can verify that braking is causing a vacuum leak by watching fuel trims or a vacuum gauge during braking.
