headlight issues

Default headlight issues
My 1997 Jimmy has started going between running lights and headlights on its own. Very frustrating. Any ideas on what is wrong?

Automatic headlights?

You do not happen to have something over the passenger side speaker grill do you?

Also, it is not doing this at night is it?
