Default Headlights/Dash Lights Pulsing in and out...

Hey guys I haven't been on in a while due to a crazy work schedule but I have a problem which started maybe 3 days ago. My head lights and dash lights pulse in and out but not completely off (close but not all the way.) I have searched around on this topic but I have had no luck locating the issue. Truck runs perfect aside from my strobe light head and dash lights. I have a 8 month old heavy duty alternator, and yellow top battery. All grounds appear tight with no corrosion. No clicking behind the glove box as some other guys had. Any ideas?

start the truck put a meter on the batt, use AC volts setting, if reads more than like 4 volts u have diodes failing inside alternator. u have a giant system by chance? what rpm does this happen at and is it bump sensitive?

Not bumb sensative by what I can tell. Generally happens the most at ~1200 rpms

Check your battery and the connections and have your alt check out. Its either one of the three.
