Default hear loud pop, antifreeze all over engine

Have a Blazer 2000 6 liter, shut off the car. couple minutes later hear loud pop.stream was coming from under hood. Pop the hood, look like the coolant was spray from back of engine to the front. was some coolant on battery. look under car seems to be dripping in the back of engine? Any ideas what I should look for. any help will help thanks.

You can put a pressure tester on the radiator as well to help find the leak.

In my opinion: Not good. I don't think your radiator is located in the back of the engine. Maybe a freeze plug blew, the only other thing I can think of is a head casket that blew in the rear of one of the heads...Good luck...

This (above)! Look at the hoses (radiator hoses + heater hoses). Easy fix unless you got the engine too hot and that is what blew a hose. If engine is OK, probably time to replace all the radiator, heater, and water pump bypass hoses. Are they soft and swollen at the clamps?

It could easily be leaking from the front and running down the frame and dripping by the rear of the engine.
