Heat blowing at feet with no fan running
so pretty much my issue is in the title..I’m cruising along and hot air is blowing at my feet no fans on. I live in Kelowna bc Canada and it is 30celsius haha. Ac works. Heat works. Would really like to solve this problem, any tips are greatly appreciated. It is an 05 jimmy 4wd with 155,000kms

Yep same problem with my '02. I have check operation of blend door actuator motor and vacuum slave door...both work fine. Still get heat out floor vents, more so on passenger side than driver's.
After 5+ years, wife had enough and stuffed a towel over the floor vents during the summer. It was that or bypass the heater core during the summer months...towel is much easier!!

To clarify , my ac and heat and cold air all work absolutely fine. Driving or not. If I’m driving with ac on the air blowing at feet is cool. If driving with no fans running, the air is hot at my feet like really hot

Check out the information in this thread over on the S10 Crew Cab forum. It might be the fix you're looking for to address the hot air at your feet when you have the fan turned off.
