Bottom line is air in the system caused the problem. They got sued becuase consumers thought 5 years 150,000 mile meant they didn't have to do **** for 5 years or 150,000 miles. PERIOD!!!!!
Sometimes companies pay because it isn't worth the publicity. Million dollars for spilling hot coffee on yourself sound familar. McDonalds wasn't at fualt, but they paid non the less.
