Low coolant or blown thermostat. Possibly clogged heater core. You need to investigate! When the truck is up to normal temp, check both hoses going into the firewall on the passenger's side, both should be too hot to hold your hand on. If one is/one is not, you've got a problem. Also check the coolant level.
Mine started doing that in November, it was my t-stat. Did a nice flush of the coolant system and replaced the t-stat, good as new!
