I have a 1995 blazer with a 4.3. i rececently replaced starter, now won't start. It cranks just fine but no start. I checked fuel pump, no pressure at test port. checked fuse and relay. I was reading about a test lead to power pump directly.i found what i think is the test lead under hood by fuseable link bar. Any help at this point would be appeciated.

They said they checked the fuses, I believe the test port is located on the underhood fuse panel where the relay is located...
How did you go about checking the relay?
Also, why did you replace the starter, was it having this same problem which is what cause you to think it was the starter?

In the instrument panel fuse block, check the ECM BATT, fuse #9, 20 amp fuse. Do not remove the fuse when testing. Check both terminals on the top of the fuse, (next to the amperage rating):

They must both show battery voltage at all times. Post your results.

When you apply battery voltage to the grey wire, the pump must activate. If not, you'll need to check for voltage and ground at the fuel pump module connector. If you have voltage and ground at the module connector, the pump needs replacement.
