Got a 2002 2wd four door blazer have replaced oil lines going to the oil cooler and the fittings they connect to inside the radiator three days did great. Know leaking again any advice???

 

If your talking about the fittings going into the rad for the lines you could try teflon paste used in plumbing connections.

 

I cant wait to delete my remote oil filter, never have a stupid leaking line again.
I would, like warthog said, try plumbers teflon paste or tape.

 

There are a couple of articles in the DIY section that explain how to fix them so they won't leak.... ever again. It involves modifying your original lines. The cost is less than new oil lines. Without the oil cooler, oil pressure to the engine drops due to less restriction, and the oil gets too hot. New lines are cheaper than a new engine

 

The problem seems to be the "correct" installation of those stupid wire clips. I attached the line, then shoved the clip on....which apparently is wrong...and repeatedly removing them ruins them. So, tomorrow I'll go get some new clips, put them on first by sliding one end in a slot then running your thumb around to coax the rest into their slots. Then attach the hose until you hear a click. In theory, should be good to go. If this doesn't fix it, just going to replace the connectors on the radiator.
