Default Help Reconnecting Wires

2000 LS Blazer. While trying to check code for the service engine light, I noticed two sets of wires disconnected. They are under the dash located by the brake and gas. Also when hooking the computer up to read the codes it was not receiving power from the terminal. I thought that these wires could go to that, but could not find where it was disconnected. Thanks for any help. I have attached two pictures.

If they are supposed to be connected to something, that *something* should be close to the connectors... But I'm not saying that they are supposed to be connected. They could be for features your vehicle did not come equiped with.

The DLC is powered by the CIG fuse.
