Does the check engine light come on while driving?
Have you checked for DTC's, (Diagnostic Trouble Codes) in memory?
If so, what are they and what order were they retrieved?
Have you checked fuel pressure and leakdown?
If so, what were the readings?
Have you checked or replaced the fuel filter recently?
After the engine is at operating temperature, (200*F) what is the idle RPM?

DTC's never tell you a specific part is bad. DTC's tell you what circuit malfunctioned, and the flow chart pinpoints the problem. What DTC's are/were you getting? Do you have a scan tool that will allow you to view short and long term fuel trims?

EDIT: You'll need to get readings for fuel pressure and leakdown. RPM is high, should be close to 600 RPM. We can deal with that later.
