Default Hesitation climbing hills (1997)

A few days ago I was driving along when my truck would not accelerate. I backed off the accelerator and waited a second and then it was back to normal. The next day it did it again a few times all when climbing a hill. When it happened the first time I'd let me tank go below an eighth of a tank. Could I have picked up some sediment, clogging the fuel filter or fuel pump. It's seems to be and intermittent problem. Any ideas?

Sounds like a plugged cat, crawl under the vehicle and tap on the cat with a mallet, listen if there is anything loose and rattling in there.

I've had this problem for 3 yrs! check my thread I posteds and see what I've tried. Hollowing out the cat didn't help, I can tell you that
