Default Hood weather stripping

I've got a 1996 Chevy Blazer and the rubber that sits under where the hood and windshield wiper grill is (that directs water) is messed up. I have no idea where I can find another one or how easy it will be to install.

I'm going on a limb and saying they are plastic push in clips, and might be easier finding a better quality in a scrapyard.

This piece of rubber right here at the top that runs across the hood and keeps water out

Here's a possible one on eBay (below). p/n 15166766. I'd double check this part number against the part number listed at a gm parts dealer for your Blazer (e.g. https://www.gmpartsgiant.com/).
