2000 LT 4.3 etc. the horn only works once in awhile. Intermittent. How to get past AB to check wiring? Or how else to get in there? Take off column cover? Saw another post for a 97 that had problems betting the top half off. But with his followup post think I can get in there to check, but want to get this fixed... Any suggestions please.
