basically what the title says. i got my truck with 190,000miles and the engine bay is suspiciously clean. and the engine runs like a ox. i just want to know if the engine was replaced or rebuilt is there any way to tell?

 

you can see if it wasreplaced by seeing if the numbers on the engine block match the cars numbers.
