ok i have 1995 blazer 4 door 4x4 i have been having a squeak lately when i hit bumps in the road while driving or when i start the truck or shut it of it'll squeak a bit also does it when i bounce up and down on the passenger side running board with the truck turned off. any ideas im thinking ball joint maybe ?

 

I also had a squek that would happen when it was off and on that was drving me nuts on. My noise turned out to be the parking brake cable going through one of its hangers. It had worn through the plastic on the cable at the hanger in front of the drivers side rear wheel, I just rapped a piece of rubber fuel line around it and zip tied it. Hopefully yours will be this simple take a look around under the truck.

 

yea i'll look under it today when i got it up in the air i got to redo the front brakes so no time better then now anyways keep the ideas coming just in case i don't see anything thanks
