Lesmyer I'm having this issue but when I disconnect the tube to #3 it is pushing air through but when I put my finger on the vacuum line going from actuator #4 there don't seem to be any vacuum but if I put my finger on the line going to #4 the vacuum is really strong could the actuator be stuck still in the open position
