Default I need my 5 DIGIT IMMOBILIZER PIN CODE Chevrolet blazer 2001 European

Hi guys
I have chevrolet blazer 2001 for European market.
I need to program factory fob alarm remote because i removed the aftermarket alarm system.
So i know the procedure to enter program mode i need to enter by fog light bottom 5 digit immobilizer pin code.
But i didn't find it in the glove box where it should be in red card they say or any place else.
I did read in thise forum same European guy have my problem, and he did write to chevrolet European dealer and he said that the company don't have data base by it and he should use scan tool (tech ii)with gm software to get back.
But i life in Libya tripoli and i didn't found any workshop with the right software.
Please help me out any one know how to calculate it by VIN by same software like ( ICC ) , or by another way.
or how to disarm the European blazer, because i didn't find the l.t green wire in the Purple connector in the BCM.

VIN : 1GNDT13W61K185196

Any GM dealer with a Tech 2 & access to GM TIS system should be able to help you. This includes Chevrolet, Opel, Buick, GMC. A lot of dealers will look for the vehicle on the Tech 2 without selecting "truck" 1st. They will then tell you they can't find the Blazer. Ask around, somebody should be able to help you locally.

Below is a link to a youtube video on how to program the keyless remote for a 1998-2006 Blazer:

Another thing is that most keyless remote for US Blazer have part number: GM/UTA 15732805 or 03 while European Blazers have part number: GM/UTA 15732810

So if you have bought a new keyless remote from the US with part number 15732805 i do not think it will work on a European marked Blazer

For a European model Blazer you will have to have a remote with the same part number as the the old keyless remote

You can see the part number on the backside of the keyless remote

Thanks but that method will NOT work with the European & some other export Blazers. It is similar but you have to input a 5 digit code after holding the door unlock button down & turning the ignition on & off twice. The procedure is then the same as you mention in the video, pressing the lock & unlock buttons together on each remote. Up to 4 remotes can be programmed this way. Why GM decided to use a different method for the export models I will never know but that's the way it's done.
The code was supplied with the vehicles from new on a small red card. Unfortunately some owners have mislaid the card or it didn't come with the vehicle when it was bought used. The only way the code can be extracted is with a GM Tech 2 scanner along with a PC running TIS software. It is stored in the body control module.

I have to check the papers that came with the car when i bought to see iof i have the paper with the code you are talking about

Thanks for this iinfo since i had no idea about this

Perhaps a US keyless remote with part number: GM/UTA 15732805 will work even if the part number on the keyless remote for my car is a Euro spec part number: GM/UTA 15732810 if i find the small red card with the code?

The European remotes work on a different frequency to the US ones, the receivers are therefore also different to match. I have never done it myself but a few years ago I did talk to a guy on this forum (cannot remember his name now) who could not get hold of a correct replacement UK remote so he bought 2 US remotes & also a US receiver & programmed them to the vehicle. He still had to use the 5 digit code though as that is stored in the BCM.

I did a search on ebay for a keyless remote so i can have a spare one, but all the keyless remotes on ebay had the US spec part number

So i did search the net for part number 15732810 and found it for sale at KeylessEntryRemote INC for $54

I tink Canada spec Blazers use the same part number on the keyless entry remote
