First off, check your battery cables and then have your charging system analyzed.
It sounds like you have a number of problems. The electrical system, being the heart of your vehicle, would be the first one I would address.

I need some serious help
As far as the elctrical problem is concerned, it could be as simple as the ground wire from the engine making intermitent connections. A loose or failed ground between the engine and the frame can cause havoc with the electrical systems not to mention charging problems.
You need to check your battery voltage at around 2000 RPM with the headlights and AC running on HI. It should be nearly 14.2 VDC. If not you may have a lazy alternator. You can ckeck the ground issue by performing a continuity check with an OHM meter from teh negitive terminal of the battery and the "frame". be sure both points of connection are clean. You chould read one (1) OHM or less.

Sounds like you have some ground issues... I would start by replacing both battery cables just for the hell of it. After that start checking (or run new) the grounds from the batt to the body and body to engine... don't forget about the computer ground as well.
Your ABS may be something to do with the wire harness near where it goes into the front wheel sensor... check to make sure it hasn't rubbed a hole in the wires there when turning.
