Default idle shake

I have noticed a very slight shake in my truck over the last few thousand miles when it is idling. It doesn't show with any movement on the tachometer needle. Anyone have an idea of what this could be the start of? A tune up was done in December, so I think we can rule those things out.

Thank you for any thoughts you might have.

If you did a complete tune-up then I would look for a vacuum leak or clogged injectors (which will require a Tech2 type scanner to pinpoint).

What do you mean by a complete tune up?

Distributor cap and rotor, plugs, wires, fuel filter, clean the MAF sensor and EGR valve.

The tune up and motor mounts were done in December. The MAF sensor and EGR valve weren't addressed, so I'll have that checked. Thanks everyone.
