grounds are all soldered ... and I ran a supplemental #6 ground from the battery to every engine management ground point when I had anohter issue....it seems itwas a two fold issue... replaced the cat with no luck... a LIL better but nothign significant..

i finally got a hold of a decent scan tool.. the pre cat 02 sensor was JUNK... but when I was under it .. noticed there were some MAJOR indentations on the oilpan..
