Default Keyless entry starting problem help!!!!

Ok so I have a 1999 Chevy Blazer 4x4. In order to start my vehicle I must hit the unlock button on the key fob it beeps twice then I am allowed to start the vehicle. If I try to start the vehicle without hitting the unlock button on my key fob it does nothing and it won't start. Problem is here lately my vehicle just won't start every now and then and after a new starter disabling my passlock system and splicing the orange and black ignition wire into the yellow I'm still having this issue. Is there any way to disconnect my keyfob from having to push the unlock button before I start my Blazer. I'm at a loss this has to be the issue and new key fobs don't seem to work either. Also any other things y'all recommend trying? Like a new ignition lock and key? To be clear I've replaced my battery, starter two times, disabled passlock, and spliced into ignition wires to bypass security feature.

Ok, narrowed it down to a new ignition switch going to try that. But if any one has Info on why I have to hit the unlock button on my key fob in order to start my blazer and how to disable that I would appreciate it.
