Default Lacking power after first start up of the day.

I have a 97 Blazer, 4.3L 4x4. It starts, idles, and revs fine. But when Im leaving the driveway I give it a little gas to get goin and it sputters and loses power for a couple seconds. Then it catches up with itself and takes off. Im not sure what it could be, I just changed spark plugs, and since Ive gotten it Ive been running 89 Octane and adding a bottle of STP fuel system cleaner in each tank accept for two or three. Any suggestions? Thanks....

Have the fuel system pressure checked. Needs to be 60ish key on,then hold above 52 for 10 minutes. These things are bad for fuel pumps/regulators.

I forgot to add that it only happens every couple days, so not all the time, but thanks for the suggestions, Ill try it and let you know how it worked. Would it be worth it to buy a tester or have someone do it for me?
