i was wondering if anyone out there has run in to some patch work from,im assuming the factory. Like where they twist a strip of wire along two outher wires goig to the white plug on the ecm. i hate it when ya run in to crap like that. oh its on a 1999 blazer.

 

This was not done at the factory; someone has been in there.

That means it's very tough to help you troubleshoot it. Doesn't mean we can't try, though. If you can post some decent pictures, and give us a good description of the problem you are trying to solve, we can take a whack at it.
