Unfortunately not, at least not without some heavy modification.

To my knowledge, there are no drop in LED replacement marker lights with the built in fog lights like some of the Blazers have equipped from factory.

You would either have to just install LED replacement bulbs in the factory lights, or do some major modification on these (cutting open, cutting off and removing a section of the amber LED's, then finding a small and bight enough LED light to fit in the housing and function as a fog light, then sealing everything back up, it would be a major project...).

Another option would be to go with these that do not have the fog lights in them, then installing some extra fog light pods somewhere else (in or below the bumper for example), and then just extending the existing factory wiring for the fog lights to the newly installed fog lights.
