Left blinker too fast

Left blinker too fast
I heard that this usually means that a bulb is out. I looked this morning and they seem to all be working. Could it be something else or am I not looking good enough ? Thanks

Sounds like a bulb issue... Does it only do it in one direction?

If all the bulbs seem to be working correctly check the connectors at the head/tail light assemblies, and the next one back towards the main wire harness (sometimes when they get dusty they act up). Look closely for corrosion and if need be clean and use a little dielectric grease on the tabs.

Ya...
Only for the left blinker. Hazard lights bling at a normal rate though.

Definitely sounds like a bulb issue. Check for corrosion in the plugs in the taillight.

Fast blink turn signal
It's really rare but possible for the coiled filament in the bulb to short a couple of windings and reduce the resistance. The result is a brighter bulb and a faster blink. Or it could be an incorrect bulb.
The key is to look for a left bulb that is brighter than its right mate. A resistance check would be more reliable but lots more work.
