I just did this swap in may 95. I found a GU6(3:42 gear) rear with the G80(locker) option at a salvage yard for $125. The rear was from a 2000 so now I have a locking rear plus rear disk(love them) for under $200, including the one caliper I had to go get. The disk swap was really easy, I didn't even have to change the master or propotioning valve, bolt it in....bleed it...drive it! Depending on where you are in MN I could help you with the swap if you need it.
