Loud Fuel Pump??
I have a 96 4x4. Does anyone notice a loud fuel pump? is this normal or just my truck?

Hi. Does it blow black smoke when you start it, or when you rev it a little?
If so, its running too rich .. If not, it may be running lean .. in any case it will require further looking into and definitely replace fuel filter.
