While cleaning off my MAF sensor in my 98 Blazer I accidentally bent the very ends of the elements. I tried my best to straighten them out but am afraid the damage is done. Am I screwed?

So long as the elements are still connected to the beams on both ends, there should be no lasting effects from bending the ends. If they broke free, then you are screwed.
