I said to make it harder, not impossible. As I mentioned, nothing is impossible to get with the right equipment.

IMHO, it seems that there is more effort being put into getting around the original problem than actually facing the issue that is causing the threat of towing. Nobody is going to intentionally tow somebody's vehicle without having a reason. I am not trying to imply that your friend is a bad person, (cause I'm sure that he is NOT) there just seems to be a level of stubborness going on here. I simply suggest to face the original issue, solve it, and rest easy.

There is a towing and ticketing here at Bradley, and people used to leave a fiver in the wiper to pay the ticket off as the officer wrote it... lol, but the tickets are now 15-20 and not 5...

LOL thats pretty funny. Somebody else posted about taking before pics if you think you might get towed thats a good idea. But from my experience I've seeen them tow 'em right out the neighborhood almost sideways, tires screeching on the way out because of the turned front tires. At that point it's between you, the tow co., and the court. If you can afford to take off work, lawyer etc. then again theres always the peoples court and Joe Brown...lol

you could remove all 4 wheel, it would hard to tow something that doesn't have wheels

Read my prior post... no wheels, no problem.
