misfiring problem at a loss
#1
ok so while back i posted up on here about a problem i thought went away after my camshaft sensor was unplugged, but apparently I was wrong I've been trying to throw the kitchen sink at this and its getting frustrating real fast.
It started off throwing p0300, p0341, p420
after my cs sensor problem I had two codes come back as 300 and 341
I've replaced spark plugs, wires, fuel pump, fuel filter, I took a look at the cap and rotor to see it looked almost new. I did a fuel system tune-up and now I plugged in a new coil to no avail.
I'm now shooting a p0301 which is a misfire in the 1st cylinder.
before I plugged in the coil I looked at the codes being 300 and 341
after i erased the codes and threw the new one in there to realize i could still hear and feel the misfire i plugged in the old one and waited for the light to put up, which ended up showing a 301.
So I'm looking for any input or advice, I'd like to avoid replacing a billion parts till its all brand new.
Thanks!
ps:after it rains you can tell a significant increase in the impact of the misfire. In other words it runs rougher. also it seems in damp cold mornings it has a hard time starting so i have to crank it over a lot.

If it gets worse when it is damp out, that screams of ignition system problems. Aftermarket caps & rotors tend to have problems that are not detectable with just a casual look. I would replace the cap & rotor with AC Delco parts and see how you fair.
