Default Miss fire

Hello Everyone

Hope everyone is well. Its been awhile for me. I have a 2002 Blazer 4.3 LS stock 80,000 miles daily drive computer keeps coming up with #2 miss fire code so I did cap, Rotor, plugs and, wires Everything was clean no failing not much of anything but they were original #2 is still missing I checked everything I also have a mass airflow code is it possible this could send a ghost miss code to the computer

Hey everyone I did the Mass air Flow and had to run Up and help a friend about 150 miles away. About a 300 mile round trip, I got home no lights I checked for any codes and I have none. So my Guess is Yes it is possible it could throw a ghost code. I had the code before for the Mass air flow But I cleaned it and it went away. the miss fire code came up all the time even if I cleared it it would be back before I got on the High way. this time nothing. Now the 4 wheel drive the vacuum switch is bad and the vacuum lines are old and squishy have a great one everyone
