Default Missing buttons

Whatsup guys. I just picked up a ridiculously clean for the price I bought it at 96 chevy blazer. Now it needs a small amount of aesthetic work inside the car. I'm missing 3 buttons from the cluster of buttons to the left of the steering wheel. Anybody with a 96 know what they are?

For the 95-97 this is what they look like.

Rear defog on top
Rear wiper on bottom left
Rear hatch release on bottom right.

The ghetto switch typically is just a blank square or fog light button.
