So I still have the P0440 code occasionally. It usually happens when i have about half a tank. The gas cap is new and i always make sure that it clicks 3 times. I don't smell gas and I don't see lines or holes in the filler neck of the vehicle. I think the last time I had this issue was back in July right before I had it inspected.
