I have a 2003 Blazer, and i cant put more than $0.50 in the tank without the nozzle kicking off, i have a code for the evap solenoid, would this affect the refuel process. my brother is a dodge tech, and says that the dodges have an air return up by the cap for refueling, but my blazer does not... ive tried searching the forums but couldnt come up with anything. I would appreciate some help if possible. my brother asked if the vent for refueling is routed through the evap system? i dont know

 

you probably ran your tank too low... try keeping the nozzle in half way to allow air out better or try a different pump... i once had one pupm that would do the same thing.

Maybe that will give you some other ideas on what to check or new search terms.

 

thanks man, thats probly the only way i didnt search it, lol. much appreciated. and the pump itself... didnt matter, wont even take fuel from a gas can.
