Mystery Hose

I am new to this forum. My son was given this Blazer by a friend of his. It has been sitting in a barn for the past two years. He told us everything is good, except the transmission. I feel I am pretty good working on cars, I have done engine swaps, repalce heads and am currently doing a frame off restoration on a 1969 Camaro.
I just finished replacing the transmission. I had to remove the wheel well liner because two of the studs on the Y-Pipe snapped off. I was looking to put the liner back in when I noticed this hose hanging by the front passenger light. It seems to connect to a couple of other hoses goes up and to the back of the engine.
Anyone know what this is? (See pictures)
Thank you in advance for your help.

Under the battery tray there is a vacuum actuator for the front axle. Probably got pulled off when you had the inner fender out.
Edit: In the future if you have driveability issues, your vehicle is a late production 1995 with OBD1.5 engine controls and EDI ignition. 95 was a hodge podge year that used 2 different computer control systems and we'll need to know which system you have in order to diagnose it correctly.

Thanks Captain Hook and Spittybays. I found the actuactor.
I do have one more question. After replacing the automatic transmission, 4L60E, ( I believe it's an Electronic) a friend of mine said you have to adjust the TV Cable (Throttle Valve Cable). I looked on line and found some documentation, but not specific to the 1995 Blazer.
Does the 1995 Blazer have a TV cable, and if so can you give me an idea where its at? The documation I found shows it either at the carburator or the throttle body.
Thanks
