So my service light came on.... I drove back to school last weekend, and then when starting up today the light is on... No idea why, but its been a few days since I started it... I am trying to make time to get to autozone tonight and get the codes that are throwing it on... but last time it came on after washing it and then checking the oil (it was fine) the light went away.... ideas?? Internet is slow, but I get emails on my blackberry

wlorton@vzw.blackberry.net would be the preferred method of contact...

Thanks

Figured out what it was... p1017 something or other, and it was either
a. MAF
b.O2 sensor
c. ignition
d. Dirty injector

Bought techron injector cleaner, and not even 5 minutes after leaving the code went away... so waiting for the next fillup to clean injectors

Anytime your light comes on I'd just get it scanning asap. That way you will know for sure. There are hundreds of reasons why that light could come on.
Mine is on right now too, but it's only a mass air flow sensor.
