need help bad

Default need help bad

Here the story try to make it short but i don't want to leave any thing out.It a 95 4.3 cpi with a odb 1.5 and 237,000 miles the problem start last week when my exhausts broke between the cat and the down flow o2 sensor. temporary fix the exhaust, need to save some money the exhaust is Frankenstein together and there a hole in the cat.now it has a real bad miss and black smoke out the exhaust witch i now is running rich .plugs fouled and bad gas mileage 10 on highway and 5 in town.Show i went to advance and they did check for codes their was none.show they did a run time read and here is what they found engine temp 186 timing negative 26 ,iat 108 ,bank 1 o2 .260 ,bank 2 o2 .620 haven't check fuel presser yet but the in side of the cpi is no sign of leaks.so does the number show anything that could be wrong i know the timing is way off and they check this for me after i drove it for about a hour so the temp was a little low it has a 190 stat in it any help would be real welcome i don't want to start throw part at it and going at i blind money tight right now and this is my only transportation. thank you for looking. update start it up to go to the store and the ses light came on for the first time. went to o railey and they pull up code p1345 camshaft to crankshaft position correlation malfunction.if i replaces cam sensor would i have the computer do a relearn for it and is their be any thing that could cause this code beside the cam sensor and would this give my problems that i post above.

before spending check out this other person post on your code.Never thought about it being interpreted quite like that.... and spittybays is correct. It's an adjustment that is done by turning the distributor to precisely align the camshaft position sensor to the actual camshaft position. It is measured in degrees of advance or retard. It needs to be checked, and adjusted if necessary, from time to time and any time the distributor is removed. If it's off, it will cause driveability issues. If it's off more than ~27 degrees, it will set DTC P1345.
